Working with PITCH Concepts was amazing. We had made a ton of changes from our original plan and they were so patient and kind. I gave them just an idea of what I wanted done and with in two hours had a complete work up/ drawing done and emailed to me! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing outdoor space.

From initial meeting until completion this was the fastest home improvement project I have ever been involved with….and I couldn’t be happier. Baky was ultra-responsive, both before being hired as well as during construction. But what really stood out was the advice I received afterwards regarding the space in general – Baky has a great eye and his ideas helped immensely.

The leadership within the business is customer orientated, aims to please but is realistic with deliverable. Provides options with design, materials and the scope of work including time and cost but also the future maintenance. My space was top of a three car garage deck. Tasked to replace and remove the original deck, composite was fitted on the deck floor and three privacy with light holes to seven feet. Simple design with Cedar wood erected poles. The owner is friendly and understands all elements of the scope of work. The workers are respectful of neighbors and are skilled in outdoor roof space/construction/build. I was very happy with the work completed and my experience, very positive. The only negative I had was the clean up crew, but I can get over that.
Pitch Concepts completed a full scope deck installation on the roof of our unit in the DePaul area (West Webster). The scope include a very large deck (approx. 70 feet by 18 feet) and included the design, supply and installation of the decking, pergola, dividing walls, natural gas piping, electrical work, lighting and artificial turf on a portion of the roof. Pitch Concepts also provide assistance and recommendations on furniture and gas grills. Pitch Concepts work on this project was exceptional. On time, on budget, high quality and incredible customer service. Great follow up as well. We are extremely happy with the end product and would highly recommend Pitch Concepts. We had a rooftop deck in Chicago demolished and rebuilt by PITCH Concepts. From the time we identified the company they were responsive, diligent about follow-up, and flexible. They developed a concept for our deck and provided us with computer-generated designs, both static and moving images. They did a fantastic job of removing the existing deck and then built us our new deck in a timely, high quality fashion. The whole project took approximately three days and the workers were respectful, hard working, and diligent. This was the best experience I have had with a contractor and I have owned 5 homes. I hired Pitch Concepts to build a roof top deck for my west loop condo. I spoke with two other service providers and Pitch beat them out by creativity, cost and most Importantly for me attitude. . I couldn’t be happier with my Chicago condo roof deck. The planning, execution, and professionalism of Baky and Pitch Concepts far exceeded my expectations. While I was initially looking to simply add decking to my roof, the final design included maintenance free Trex decking, built in seating with a gas fire pit and a synthetic grass area, all for a fraction of what I thought those features would cost. Other extras included pre-wiring for a future outdoor TV and outdoor speakers, as well as low voltage accent lighting. Most impressive however is how fast the project was completed. The crews worked nearly every day. They were courteous and friendly, finishing the project in under two weeks which was ahead of schedule. I’m really not one to write reviews, but outstanding service and quality results deserve recognition. Thank you for a roof deck which is the envy of the neighborhood and that I can enjoy for years to come!

I hired PITCH after finding out that my current garage was bowing and needed to be torn down and start all over. PITCH worked with my garage contractor to ensure that everything I needed for the decking and my vision would be in place. Everything was first class from the very first contact. They came when they were supposed to- they cleaned up when they were supposed to – they did more than they were supposed to.
