This West Town Rooftop deck truly epitomized the client’s ideal outdoor lifestyle, featuring stunning living spaces as well as practical products that together created a place to continually draw people in. The centerpiece of the deck was the retractable roof with louvers that open and close. It’s an ideal space to lounge in front of the fire table or even watch television under the stars.

Adjacent to the sitting area was an outdoor chef’s kitchen designed for entertaining with no detail left out. Space included a set of built-in Big Green Eggs, a pizza oven, and a built-in ice bucket to please even the most particular home gourmand. Tying both areas together was the low-maintenance perennial grasses that served the dual purpose of offering privacy along with the illusion of being lost in an urban garden.
