This project demonstrated just how much an urban family can enjoy substantial outdoor space right in the heart of Lincoln Park. Starting off as an outdated, dilapidated deck, the 1400 square foot transformation now serves as the primary entertainment hub for the client’s family and friends.
With so much space to work with, the rooftop deck was divided into three distinct spaces, including open green space for the kids; a sophisticated, shaded bar and lounge area for the adults; and a large dining area where everyone could come together to make memories. Lush greenery and ambient lighting made this Chicago rooftop a true feast for the senses.
