Outdoors, the property features multiple rooftops and garden terraces.
The main rooftop hosts a manual louver pergola, built-in bench and fire table, outdoor kitchen, lush landscaping, and a vegetable garden. The garage-top deck includes a motorized pergola, another full outdoor kitchen, and densely planted borders.
The front patio features an abundance of greenery, integrated TV, and even a suspended daybed—each outdoor room demonstrating how our approach translates into dynamic, livable environments.
