Provides options with design, materials and the scope of work including time and cost but also the future maintenance. My space was top of a three car garage deck. Tasked to replace and remove the original deck, composite was fitted on the deck floor and three privacy with light holes to seven feet. Simple design with Cedar wood erected poles. The owner is friendly and understands all elements of the scope of work. The workers are respectful of neighbors and are skilled in outdoor roof space/construction/build. I was very happy with the work completed and my experience, very positive. The only negative I had was the clean up crew, but I can get over that."
